1. Once an order is placed, if it is cancelled, or items are deleted from the order, there is a 20% restocking fee.
2. Bulk deposits are refundable and non-transferable.
3. Be sure to read the Cooking Instructions page of our web site. Most of our meats will cook much faster than grocery store products, including products from organic stores. Be very careful not to overcook the meat. If you have any problems cooking our products, please do not hesitate to call Customer Service at 615-683-4291. We are very experienced and willing to help!
4. Effective November 1, 2007 to receive wholesale pricing you must provide us with your wholesalers, retailers or food service licenses numbers.
5. Note that the amounts given in the shopping cart of the web site are ESTIMATES. There is no way to calculate the exact amount of the invoice until each package (of meat) is weighed. 
6. Refunds (less shipping) will be issued for unopened Bath & Body products returned within 10 business days of receipt and complete in their original packaging.
7. For food security and safety issues, we cannot take returns on meat.
8. Returned checks incur a $25 service fee.

Effective June 1, 2010, we are no longer shipping (Fed Ex) meat orders.
