Directions
London Broil is one of the most versatile cuts we produce. A “London Broil” is a type of cut—not a specific muscle; ours are cut from the round, making them both lean and flavorful.
Thaw a London Broil and allow to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium high. Rub the outside of the roast with:
- Black pepper or
- Cajun seasoning or
- BBQ dry rub or
- Equal parts onion powder and brown sugar or
- Your favorite blend of herbs and spices
Place roast on HOT grill and grill for 10 minutes, turning as need to brown all sides and prevent burning. Remove from grill and cover with aluminum foil or inverted bowl and allow to rest, undisturbed for 10 minutes. Slice against the grain and ENJOY! Leftovers are terrific on sandwiches!
