London Broil is one of the most versatile cuts we produce. A “London Broil” is a type of cut—not a specific muscle; ours are cut from the round, making them both lean and flavorful. Here are some ideas for your London Broil:
- Cook as a roast in the crockpot
- Cook as a roast in the oven with wine and vegetables
- Thaw slightly, cut into cubes and make skewers for the grill
- Thaw slightly, cut into cubes and use like stew meat
- Thaw slightly, slice 1/4” thick across the grain and cook/use like flank/skirt steak
- Thaw slightly, slice 1/4” thick across the grain and use for stir fry
- Thaw slightly, slice 1” thick across the grain and use as round steak
