Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1/4 tst black pepper
- Oil
- wing sauce (see below)
Directions
Discard wing tips. Combine dry ingredients, place in plastic bag and shake to mix. Place 3-4 wings in bag, shake to coat and repeat with remaining wings. Heat 1 inch of oil to 325 degrees, add chicken, and fry until brown. Drain on paper towels and serve with sauce.
Satan’s wing sauce:
- 1 Tbs red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. hot sauce
- ½ cup margarine, melted
- ¼ cup catsup
- 2 Tbs. vinegar
- 1/8 tsp salt
Place pepper flakes in blender and blend on high 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients except margarine; blend on high 30 seconds. Blend on low adding margarine slowly. Blend on high until thick.
