Ingredients
- 5 pounds ground beef or deer
- 2 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed
- 2 teaspoons quick salt or canning salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cracked pepper
- 2 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
Directions
Combine all ingredients in bowl with lid and refrigerate 3 days--mix for 3 minutes each day. On 4th day mix and shape into 4 or 5 rolls about 2 inches in diameter. Bake at 150 degrees for 8 hours; turn half over in 4 hours.
